I am an associate professor at the Division of Public Administration and Policy and the head of the School of Political Sciences in the University of Haifa. My research career is devoted to studying factors that promote learning, creativity and well being within teams. 

 

I conduct research in various organizations in the public and private sectors to discover how employees, teams, organizations and networks can improve their internal processes to enhance learning, creativity, performance and well being. I am especially interested in team reflexivity processes, competency based learning and education, and the impact of adverse events on employees and teams.
