Talia Goren

Talia Goren is a PhD candidate in the School of Political Sciences at the University of Haifa. Talia explores the factors associated with public compliance with government instructions in times of crisis. Her research focuses on the effects of political and psychological variables, as well as on the effectiveness of various policy designs and tools, in enhancing public compliance.

Hila Cohen

Hila Cohen is a PhD candidate in occupational therapy at University of Haifa. Her main research interest is occupational justice in mental health rehabilitation services. Her current research investigates the role of different rehabilitation employee and organizational characteristics in implementing occupational justice.

Noa Birman

Noa Birman is a PhD student in Political Science at University of Haifa. Her main research interest is behavioral public administration, specifically organizational learning. Her current research investigates the relationship between competency-based training and public administration performances, and potential mechanisms explaining that relationship.

Orit Zommer Balicer

Orit is an organizational psychologist, working as a leadership development expert at the Israel defense forces school of leadership development and as an organizational consultant at the Israeli judiciary. She is a PhD candidate at the division of public administration and policy at the University of Haifa. Her main research interest is paradoxical mindset and its impact on the way leaders build and maintain instrumental relationship in public organizations, such as the positions they occupy in the organizational network.

Eldad M. Shamash

Dr. Eldad Shamash holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration. His main research topics are building and executing Emergency Management Teams, utilizing Team Mental Models to enhance the quality of Shared Situation Awareness, and the quality of the teams' Operational Picture. Dr. Shamash operates these models in one of the government's defence organizations. His current research investigates state-level collaborations to prepare for and to manage emergencies. A secondary topic is the possible existence of public-shared understanding during crises and its benfits.

Eitan Adres

After an extensive long career as an IAF fighter pilot and top managerial roles in the steel industry, Eitan Adres who previously earned his Ba in Mathematics and Economics, started his Ma and PhD research on globalization consequences for citizen/state relationships and to national and social resilience. Currently Adres is a Senior Research Fellow at the Samuel Neaman Institute for National Policy Research.

Anna Uster

Anna Uster, PhD, is a lecturer in the Division of Public Administration and Policy at the The Max Stern Yezreel Valley College, Israel. Her research focuses on local service delivery in networked governance, citizens-users’ participation and government-nonprofit relationship. Her thesis research was awarded Best MA Dissertation Award for 2014 by The Israeli Political Science Association (ISPSA). She has published in journals including Regional Studies, Local Government Studies, Public Performance and Management journal.

Yehudit Reuveni

Scholar and Lecturer in the fields of human resource management and organizational behavior, focusing on multidisciplinary teams and teamwork, and IPE. Teaches at the management division in the Department of Gerontology at the Faculty of Welfare and Health Sciences at the University of Haifa, and facilitates workshops at the Bruce and Ruth Rapaport Faculty of Medicine of the Technion. Advises and leads development processes in welfare and health organizations, and is the head of the joint R&L project of the University of Haifa and the Beit Avraham Geriatric Center.

Valeire Isaak

Valerie Isaak is a PhD graduate in Public Administration. She is a senior teacher at the Division of Public Administration and Policy, the school of political sciences, the University of Haifa. Currently she is the head of the Executive MPA Program in Public Administration and Policy. Her expertise is in Health Organizations. During the last ten years she has conducted several studies in the largest Psychiatric Hospital in ISRAEL. All her research focuses on improving the workplace for the employees and as a result promoting high quality service to the patients. Her last research received support from the Israel National Institute for Health Policy Research.

Yinnon Dryzin Amit

Yinnon Dryzin Amit is a PhD graduate in Public Administration at University of Haifa, and an Organizational Development practitioner. He serves as the head of the Organizational Development Division (Senior) at Israeli Judiciary. Leading a team of senior consultants in developing and implementing whole system processes, including: Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Strategy and Change Management, Senior Management Development and Team Building, Organizational Survey, Evaluation, and Planning, Organizational Resilience, & Organizational Learning. His main research interests are publicness, public values, engagement, leadership & performance. His current research developed a scale to measure publicness as a perception of employees (PPS) and explored its relations to engagement and performance.

Avigail Dolev

Avigail Dolev earned her PhD in the Department of Geography and Environmental Studies. Her main research interests combine urban planning and local authorities management. Her research deals with Urban planning policy at the local level. In her doctorate research she examined the relationship between organizational climate, organizational politics and the implementation of sustainable development policies in local authorities. She is an urban planner and was a CEO of a local authority. Her research helps her promote and implement sustainable development goals within the city.

Moshe Mizrahi

Moshe Mizrahi earned his PhD in the School of Political Sciences at the University of Haifa. His Master's Degree thesis focused on the influence organizational politics perceptions have on the relationship between organizational learning culture and internal audit effectiveness of local authorities in Israel. His Doctorate research examined the relationship between the internal audit effectiveness and performance of local authorities in Israel.

Racheli Levi

Racheli Levi received her BSc and MSc degree in industrial engineering from the Technion, the Israel Institute of technology, and her PhD from the Department of Public Administration & Policy in the University of Haifa. Racheli's research compares employee behavior and motivation in the private vs. public sectors. Racheli is a senior engineer at a High-Tech company, her work includes analysis of statistical manufacturing technologies. In addition, Racheli is teaching Statistics and Project Management courses at the University of Haifa.
