I am an associate professor at the Division of Public Administration and Policy and the head of the School of Political Sciences in the University of Haifa. My research career is devoted to studying factors that promote learning, creativity and well being of employees, teams, organizations and networks. I am especially interested in team learning and specifically reflexivity processes, competency based learning and education.

My research findings have been published in top public administration, management and psychology journals and my work  has been recognized by the academic community through several best paper and best dissertation awards and grants.

I earned my Ph.D. from the Technion and spent a post-doc year at Cornell University. I also spent a year as a visiting professor at the University of Melbourne, Australia.

I believe that the future of science lies in future researchers. Hence, I enjoy mentoring PhD students and actively incorporate them in my work. I also enjoy teaching Organizational Behavior, Team Management and Statistics and have received several teaching excellence awards.
